We had our wedding in Palasa. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the team for making the day so wonderful. Hotel rooms were clean. The food was delicious and according to our selection. The decorations were lovely.

Very good hotel in Muzaffarnagar but there is scope of improvement. Rooms are good but not sound proof. Bathroom design could've been better as water from shower area splashes out on to basin floor. Concierge service is bit weak too. Breakfast was good although.

I have eaten twice at their restaurant. The food is delicious and service is great. They cater to requests and pay attention to every customer. The seating areas are beautiful and comfortable.

Awsome hotel... you will find very less chance to get such a nice hotel in and around Muzaffarnagar...really courteous staff...loved the vibes...but they need to improve B/f menu...really old typo menu ..

We have been going here for all of our parties for so long. But this time our experience was really bad, the staff was so rude and the food wasn't nice as well. I think they need to supervise their staff on priority. The staff said that the owner asked them to stop us from taking pictures. And the way he spoke to us was disgusting. He literally said "Bass madam bohot hogya ,aap jaiye ab" and there was not even a single person in the restaurant except us(we were 10). We were not taking pictures in the restaurant also,we were in the outside area. None of us gonna visit palasa again. This was the worst experience that we ever had anywhere.

I am writing this comment after my worst experience in hotel palasa and the amaara bar in that. The staff there is very rude. I had complained about the behaviour of staff to the manager And the manager started being rude to us instead of talking to AMAARA’s staff. I have visited many 5 star properties. But here is my worst experience. Its not happening for the first time. They did the same sort of behaviour in past but later they apologized but this time, they behaved the worst of all time. Not respect for their guests

Pathetic hotel. The staff is untrained, they have no clue of the hospitality industry. During my stay, my room got locked and I was unable to enter for an hour as the lock's battery was exhausted and they had no one to take care of it. …
